🔹 Step 2: Cognitive Priming & Biofeedback (The Micro) - Optimize internal clarity before acting
🔹 Step 3: Peak State Decision Execution (The Action) - Make aligned, high-impact choices

When leaders ignore Step 2, burnout, misalignment, and second-guessing take over. The highest-performing executives calibrate both external and internal intelligence before making high-stakes decisions.

Here’s how to deploy this framework:

Step 1: AI-Driven Strategic Intelligence (15-Min Morning Scan)

Before making major decisions, use AI to cut through the noise and extract relevant insights.

  • Scan AI dashboards for market trends, competitive insights, and emerging patterns.
  • Use an AI assistant to summarize key industry updates (instead of doomscrolling).
  • Ask AI-driven prompts: “What leadership trends are emerging in the tech space?”

Why This Matters:

AI filters out irrelevant data, so you can focus on strategic insights that actually impact your decision-making.

Step 2: Cognitive Priming & Biofeedback (90-Second Reset)

Data is useless if your mind is foggy, stressed, or misaligned. Before making a major decision:

Run a quick energy check-in:

  • Mental Clarity: Foggy or Focused?
  • Emotional State: Anxious or Aligned?
  • Physical Energy: Drained or Peak Performance?

If needed, use a 90-Second Reset:

  • Too overwhelmed? Try resonant breathing (inhale 4s, exhale 8s).
  • Too fatigued? Use gamma wave AI-generated sound frequencies (for cognitive activation).
  • Too scattered? Anchor to a decision clarity visualization.

Human Design:

  • If you know your Human Design strategy and authority - this is a great time to reflect on that and how you can deploy that as decision-making guidance.

Step 3: Peak State Decision Execution (The R.O.I. Filter) 

Before executing any major decision, apply the R.O.I. Decision Filter:

  • R → Relevance → Does this align with my vision, mission, and goals?
  • O → Opportunity Cost → What am I saying “NO” to by saying “YES” to this?
  • I → Intuition Check → Does this decision feel energetically right?

Why This Matters:

This prevents impulsive decision-making and ensures that every action is high-impact and aligned.

Why This Works & Why AI Alone Isn’t Enough
